Project Overview

For automotive electronics manufacturers and vehicle accessory developers, wireless charging modules need to meet more than just charging requirements. They must also fit limited installation spaces, work reliably with the vehicle's power system, and integrate smoothly into the existing interior design.

For this project, our customer was looking for a customized automotive wireless charging solution for in-car wireless charging applications.

Based on the customer's installation requirements, we developed a compact automotive wireless charging module integrating wireless charging coils and a PCBA circuit board, designed for 12V/24V vehicle power systems and supporting charging power up to 20W/22W.

The coil structure was customized according to the customer's installation space and charging area requirements.

1. Multi-Coil Wireless Charging Design

To provide a more flexible charging area inside the vehicle, we designed a multi-coil wireless charging structure.

The coils are precisely arranged on the module to improve magnetic coupling with compatible wireless charging devices.
